As a long-time resident of the area, I will put my in-depth knowledge of the city to work for you. I understand the ever changing conditions of the local Victoria real estate market and will provide valuable insight to you whether you are buying, selling or both!

I understand that working with buyers or sellers is based on forming a trusting relationship. I work to do this initially with buyers by taking the time to find out what is important to you. I find this is time extremely well spent and it helps me ensure that as a buyer you make sound decisions that will stand you in good stead now and when it comes time to sell that home to the next buyer. As a skilled negotiator and very long, full time REALTOR®, it is my job not only to find the best possible home for you in your price range but also to make the home buying experience pleasant and as stress free as  possible. I often work with out of town clients who are transferred to Victoria and have only a few days to make this very important decision. In many cases, the home has been found very quickly, leaving the balance of the house hunting trip for the pleasant task of getting to know the city and area better.

When working with sellers, there is much to be considered. One of my strengths is doing a walk through of your home with you to find out if there are areas that could be improved on to help you achieve a better sale price and quicker sale. Sometimes it doesn’t take much and you will find my many years of experience to be invaluable. When we live in a home for a few years, we become blind to things that could be off-putting to a buyer. Part of my job is to point out those things and help you present your home in the best possible light. I work with an excellent home stager should you decide you need a little more professional advise in this area. Another strength I provide is a custom three pronged approach to arriving at the best possible sale price. I have developed this over the years and find it to be very accurate.
